1. What kinds of cookies will I receive with my membership?
We offer only the finest, fresh-baked gourmet cookies. Each month, recipient will receive an assortment of decorated sugar cookies designed around that month’s holiday or theme. No less than four designs each per month.

2. Do you send a wide variety of cookies?
Typically each month’s package will include decorated sugar cookies, but if you wish to sprinkle the assortment with our Outrageous Chocolate Chip cookies, we will be glad to do so.

3. How are your cookies packaged?
All of our cookies are delivered in specialty packaging to prevent damage and to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You’ll also receive our Confetti Newsletter with information regarding our monthly selections and discounted offers should you wish to re-order a specific cookie.

4. Can I specify how my cookies are arranged?
By default, membership includes cookies arranged in tray form. If you would like individually wrapped, decorative trays, baskets or boxes – we would be glad to accommodate your request for an additional fee.

Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest holiday/theme selection for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what cookies you’ll receive, you do have three choices of arrangements: Decorated Sugar Cookies, Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies, or a combination of both.

6. What if I don’t like one of the cookies? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you’re ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

7. How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, 9 and 12 month memberships.

8. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course! Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. We can also send you an image file so you can print a gift message right from your computer.

9. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the second Monday of each month. All shipments are sent by express service (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) for 100% fresh delivery and are shipped in protective packaging for safe arrival.

10. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business address.

11. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.

12. How can I pay for my order?
We accept pre-paid Check, money order, PayPal and of course, cash.

13. Do you offer corporate quantity discounts?
